A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Jackie (she/her)! I help people navigate grief, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and build emotional awareness, nervous system regulation and self-esteem.

I’ve been guiding clients through therapy for over 13 years, using a mix of tools that fit your needs – drawing from approaches like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal-Family Systems and even Art Therapy. I work with children (6+), teens, and adults, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, process, and make sense of your emotions, thoughts and needs – without judgment.

I love bringing curiosity, empathy, and a little creativity into our sessions (when welcomed) because sometimes a brushstroke or a story can say more than words ever could. My path to therapy started in hospice bereavement, shaped by my own experiences with loss, and it’s taught me the value of holding space for people in some of life’s hardest moments.

When I’m not in session, I’m hanging out with my husband, two daughters, and extended family. I’m happiest in nature, with a good book, some art supplies, or walking and listening to a podcast. And yes, I fully admit to some serious TV-bingeing skills. I strive to bring the same warmth, curiosity, and grounded presence to therapy that I value in my everyday life.
